After seeing some members of the Proaction Training academy make incredible progress in what I seen as an incredibly short amount of time, I decided to reach out to Mike to see if the program would suit me - which turned out to be a no-brainer for me. I not only feel much stronger and fitter than before, but I also have such a better understanding on the importance of proper nutrition and training to complement your fitness goals. I had previously thought that the key to achieving my fitness goals were overly strict diets and 7 days a week in the gym. The Academy has allowed me to be flexible with what I eat, while cutting my training to 4 days a week - all while achieving much better results than before. I found that I struggled to add muscle mass to my legs, which was an insecurity of mine. Since adhering to my tailor-made program, I began to see results almost straight away which was a massive win for me. I was also able to pack on muscle while keeping fat gain to a minimum, which I previously had never been able to do."
