High Powered Strength

The High Powered Strength Academy is a 12 week programme designed for busy professionals and shift workers who want to get LEAN and STRONG. This Academy is built around a tested system which is tailored to your individual goals and needs. We get our results by implementing structure around 3 key areas, Planning, Nutrition and Accountability. This allows us to locate areas of your lifestyle standing between you and your goals. Progression is monitored weekly with me through on-line check ins. With guaranteed results, push past your previous strength limits.

Strength, of course, is a relative term.
There are many forms of strength and this academy caters for beginners to advanced level lifters.
With this academy, gym access is advised however I can design your program to accommodate the equipment you have available to you-this may be home workouts which are based on body weight alone. I will gather all of the necessary information to create your individualised plan based on the equipment at your disposal.

Technique Analysis

Incorrect form is something that can lead to injury which, in turn, leads to time off. We will guide you through any exercises you may not be familiar with.


If you are ready to really make a change then we are ready to work with you. Once you join the team here at Proaction Training and choose your plan, a few things will happen first...

1. Check your Emails

Once you complete payment safely through PayPal or Stripe you will receive an email with a lifestyle, goals and medical questionnaire form. Please fill this out, sign it and submit it back to us. (make sure to check your spam/promotions and social inboxes) This form will allow us to understand where you are currently and where you're tying to get to. Within this email you will also receive a link directing you to our Proaction Training Academy Facebook group. Please add yourself to this group as this is where you can gain access to educational content, live Q&A sessions and meet and chat to like minded people with the same goals as you.  

2. You receive your Welcome Pack

Your tailored plan will take 3 to 5 days to create, but we want to get you started as soon as possible. So, once we receive back your lifestyle, goals and medical questionnaire signed, we will send you a email notification from our coaching software inviting you to register. Once you have signed in you can access your on boarding training plan to get you started while we work hard to create your tailored plan. You will also receive your welcome pack including how to use our coaching software, our Proaction Training client recipe book, and some easy to implement Power Habits to get you moving in the right direction fast.

3. Your Tailored Plan and Nutritional Guidance

Lets get you started! As soon as your plan is ready you will be sent an email notification letting you know that you can access your tailored plan and nutritional guidance. These are located within your coaching software app. Now it's time to start getting real results!

Frequently asked questions

Do I Need a Gym?

No, you don’t need a gym.
Each program is adapted to the individual needs and whether you work out at home or in the gym.

What happens after I sign up?

After signing up and complete payment you will receive an email with your lifestyle, goals and medical questionnaire. You will need to complete this and submit it back to me. Please be sure to check your spam/promotions/social mail inboxes. Once I have received them you will have your program within 3-5 days.

How does the programme work?

All clients must check in with me bi-weekly via a form I send to you in your email, check ins are open on Thursday and Friday. Here you will answer questions on your training and nutrition with an optional zoom check in. All training programmes are delivered in 4 week blocks but I will adjust programmes as needed based on your needs and progression and aim to get back to you within 48 hours with adjustments if any.

Is nutrition included within the plan? 

I will provide each client with a personalised calorie breakdown specifically designed for your goals. I tailor these week/weekend calories to allow for a more sustainable approach. You will get access to handy recipe books to make it easy to stay on track. Please note this is not a 'meal plan'

Can I drink alcohol and socialise during the programme?

Yes, at Proaction Training sustainability is a key aspect of all programmes. Creating an effective balance is something we take pride in. We will educate you on the best approach and you will learn how to balance a social life whilst still achieving your goal.

Is there a minimum period of time I need to join for?

Yes, our Online Coaching Academy runs for a minimum of 12 weeks. I believe this is the minimum amount of time it takes to create real, lifelong changes with both your body and mindset. In our Academy we aim to provide you with all the skills and knowledge to get the best results possible and maintain it for life.

What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise in my program?

I have an exercise library exclusively available to all of my clients which you can access at any time throughout your program. If there is an exercise not included in the library you can let me know and I will send you a video as soon as possible.
