We Educate

We educate our clients the basic principals of nutrition to help you achieve the best results possible. By educating you on this key area you will be able to maintain your results for life.

We educate our clients how to protect their mindset and hold regular check ins to answer any questions they have and help them stay accountable to their goal.

We educate our clients how to workout effectively ditch stalling progress that many had before they joined our Academy.

we motivate

We provide personal client check-ins to ensure you stay focused. we also provide coaching calls or optional zoom calls to ensure your motivation and focus remain high.

We provided rapid assistance for all our clients. If you need us we're there to help via private coaching software and WhatsApp assistance.

You will be added to our private academy Facebook group where you can talk to like minded people. This is also where we host live question and answer sessions.

we Plan

Individually tailored programming designed on your specific needs.

Your program is delivered in 4 week training blocks, In total the Academy lasts 12 weeks.

All aspects of your plan are designed to be integrated around your lifestyle, creating a sustainable approach for guaranteed results.

PHASE 1
"First things first, upon signing up, you will be sent an email welcoming you to the Academy. From here, you will complete a Lifestyle, Exercise, Goals and Medical Questionnaire. Simply complete this form sign it send it back to us.



PHASE 2
We analyse your questionnaire and design your program completely tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Please allow a design time of 3-5 days.


PHASE 3
As soon as I have received your Lifestyle, Exercise, Goals and Medical Questionnaire completed and signed you will begin the on-boarding process where you will lean our Online Coaching system and have the opportunity to complete an optional on-boarding exercise program while I'm hard at work creating your program.


"Now the fun begins!" you are on your way to smashing your health & fitness goals!
At this point you will be added to our coaching software where you can access your program and nutritional targets and much more. Upon receiving your programme you will get a detailed Plan Overview Video explaining how your program works and the key areas you need for focus on in the initial stages of your workout program.

I started my career in the fitness industry in 2008. Since then it has been my passion to deliver the highest standard of training, getting great results with my clients. Over the years I have had the pleasure of training some fantastic people from all backgrounds each one with their own individual goals and needs. I pride myself in catering for each client as an individual and this has shown time and time again in the results of my clients. Helping people achieve their goals has always been a passion of mine. I have never had any problem sharing knowledge with my clients, in fact I believe that educating my clients on exercise and nutrition has been the back bone to the success I have had in enabling them to reach their goals.

MISSION STATEMENT
Proaction Training became a fully online coaching academy at the beginning of 2019 . Since then we have been able to dramatically increase the amount of people we can help thanks to the technology we use to to run our online business. This has allowed us to provide an incredible service to every client remotely. We are committed to sticking to our core principles to Educate Motivate, Plan. We will always deliver a second to non service and help each client to achieve true transformation of body and mind.

Frequently asked questions

Do I Need a Gym?

No, you don’t need a gym.
Each program is adapted to the individual needs and whether you work out at home or in the gym.

What happens after I sign up?

After signing up and complete payment you will receive an email with your lifestyle, goals and medical questionnaire. You will need to complete this and submit it back to me. Please be sure to check your spam/promotions/social mail inboxes. Once I have received them you will have your program within 3-5 days.

How does the programme work?

All clients must check in with me bi-weekly via a form I send to you in your email, check ins are open on Thursday and Friday. Here you will answer questions on your training and nutrition with an optional zoom check in. All training programmes are delivered in 4 week blocks but I will adjust programmes as needed based on your needs and progression and aim to get back to you within 48 hours with adjustments if any.

Is nutrition included within the plan? 

I will provide each client with a personalised calorie breakdown specifically designed for your goals. I tailor these week/weekend calories to allow for a more sustainable approach. You will get access to handy recipe books to make it easy to stay on track. Please note this is not a 'meal plan'

Can I drink alcohol and socialise during the programme?

Yes, at Proaction Training sustainability is a key aspect of all programmes. Creating an effective balance is something we take pride in. We will educate you on the best approach and you will learn how to balance a social life whilst still achieving your goal.

Is there a minimum period of time I need to join for?

Yes, our Online Coaching Academy runs for a minimum of 12 weeks. I believe this is the minimum amount of time it takes to create real, lifelong changes with both your body and mindset. In our Academy we aim to provide you with all the skills and knowledge to get the best results possible and maintain it for life.

What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise in my program?

I have an exercise library exclusively available to all of my clients which you can access at any time throughout your program. If there is an exercise not included in the library you can let me know and I will send you a video as soon as possible.
